Heat Sink Graphite Paper, also known as heat conducting or heat dissipating graphite film, is a competitive thermal conductive material with high efficiency conductivity, heat dispersing and high flexibility material. It unique lamellar honeycomb orientation, uniformly conducting heat along two directions and super high thermal conductivity in range of 400-500 W/m-K make it a perfect choice for heat management to shielding heat sources and components form overheated to improve the performance of electronic products.

Graphite paper it’s paper thin thickness of 40µm to 200µm and high flexibility, it allow it to have sharp bend thus make it easily fits into thin and space limited electronics gadgets such as mobile phone, tablet and notebook where traditional aluminum heat sink will not be able to fit in. It also can be die cut to various sizes and shape to suit the design of the electronic circuit board.

For LED/ LED display, uneven heating will cause color aberration and blurred pictures. These can be seen everywhere on the display or even in the corners. For OLED displays, the non-uniform heat will cause uneven aging of the display, resulting in a noticeable color distortion. High performance graphite paper can prevent these problems and achieve high quality pictures.
These high performing thermal solutions are ideal for:
- Lower the hot components temperature and reduce the overall power consumption of a device.
- Shielding sensitive components from hot spots to increasing device life spend.
- Evenly distributing surface temperature of a device and control the touch temperature to improving the user experience.
- Shielding sensitive components, like OLED displays from hot spots and overheating, improving the performance and longevity of consumer devices.
Features
- Wide composition possibility: Graphite paper surface can be combined with metal, plastic, adhesive and other materials to meet more design functions and needs.
- Low thermal resistance: thermal resistance is 40% lower than aluminium and 20% lower than copper.
- Light weight: 25% lighter than aluminium and 75% lighter than copper.
