Conductive coating is used for the graphite emulsion in the cathode metal housing inner wall of alkaline manganese batteries. Fill with the ultra-fine graphite which is good electronic conductive and lubricating, organic thermoplastic resin for the adhesive, volatile organic solvent as a carrier, adding appropriate dispersing agents, suspending agents for fine production processing.

Used for the coating of the inner wall of alkaline battery housing, becoming the corrosion resistant conductive thin film.

Specification:
1.Good film-forming property, uniform, solid, and can dry quickly.
2.Good electrical conductivity, lubricity after the film.
3.After drying, film having long term corrosion resistance of 40% potassium hydroxide.
